Terms of service

These terms are a legal agreement between you and TechZnap Innovative Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"), which runs aiwithtechznap.com, the AI WITH TECHZNAP brand and The Suno Series ebooks. They apply when you visit the site, join the waitlist, contact us, or buy or download an ebook. By doing any of these, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. If you're under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and make any purchase for you. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.

2. What we sell

We sell and give away digital ebooks, delivered as downloadable files such as PDF. We don't ship physical goods. Each book's page describes what it covers. We work to keep descriptions accurate, but small differences in layout or page count between editions aren't defects.

3. Prices and offers

• Prices are set by us and shown at checkout before you pay, in US dollars or your local currency, including any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order you've already paid for.
• Waitlist and promotional prices are available only through the link or code we send you, for the period stated in the offer. They're limited to one use per person, can't be combined with other offers unless we say so, have no cash value, and may not be shared or resold. We may end an offer early if it's being misused.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Payment and checkout

Checkout is run by Stripe through its Link service, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase. Link collects your payment, issues your receipt, and handles tax and payment-related support. Link's own terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your full card number. By paying, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method you provide.

5. Delivery

After payment, or after you request a free book, you get a download button on screen that works for 30 minutes, and the book is added to your online library. We email you a one-time sign-in link to your library, and you can request a new one at any time from the library page. If you don't receive it within an hour, check your spam folder, then use our contact form or email hello@aiwithtechznap.com. Each copy is marked with your email address. To protect against abuse, we may limit how often a paid book can be downloaded (currently 10 times per book in any 30 days) and may suspend library access that shows signs of sharing.

6. Your licence to use the ebooks

When you buy or download an ebook, including a free one, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it, read it on your own devices, and print copies for your own use. The ebooks remain our property. You may not:

• share, upload, resell, sublicense or distribute the files, in whole or in part, including on file-sharing sites, group chats or course platforms;
• remove copyright notices or watermarks, or present the content as your own;
• use the content to train, fine-tune or prompt AI models, or to build a competing product.

You're welcome to use the prompts, recipes and techniques in the books to make your own music, and to quote short passages in reviews or commentary with credit to AI WITH TECHZNAP. If you break this licence, it ends automatically and you must delete your copies.

7. Updates

AI tools change quickly. When we release an updated edition of a book you bought, we'll make it available to you free at your purchase email for as long as we sell that book.

8. Refunds

Because ebooks are delivered instantly as downloads, all sales are final. We refund purchases where the file is faulty and can't be fixed, the download wasn't delivered, you were charged twice, or the book is clearly different from its description. See our refund policy for details and how to ask. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank.

9. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• break any law or anyone else's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• share your library sign-in links, remove or hide the "Licensed to" marking, try to get around download limits, access controls or security features, or access files you haven't paid for;
• send spam, malware or automated requests, or disrupt the site or the servers it runs on;
• submit false information, impersonate anyone, or make purchases with a payment method you're not authorised to use.

10. Ownership

The site, the AI WITH TECHZNAP name and logo, and the content of the ebooks, including text, layouts, word banks, recipes and images, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Apart from the licence in section 6, these terms don't give you any rights to them.

11. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or corrections, we may use them to improve the books and the site without owing you anything. We're always glad to receive them.

12. Independence from Suno and other tools

The Suno Series is an independent guide. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Suno, Inc. Suno and other product names are trademarks of their owners. Third-party tools can change their features, plans, prices and terms after a book is written, and your use of those tools is governed by their own terms. Your rights to songs you create with them are set by those tools' terms, not by us. Our books explain those terms as we understand them, which isn't legal advice.

13. No guarantee of results

We work hard to make the books accurate and useful, but we can't promise any particular result, such as a song's quality, streams, income or acceptance by a distributor. The site and books are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or books. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, or US$50 if you paid nothing.

15. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because you broke these terms or the law, or infringed someone else's rights, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim, including legal fees.

16. Changes and ending access

We may update the site, change or stop selling a book, or update these terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies to purchases made while it's posted. If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we may stop providing downloads or updates to you. Sections 6 and 10 to 18 continue to apply after that.

17. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that can't be waived. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

18. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any court case will be heard in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to sort it out.

California residents: under California Civil Code §1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N-112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.

19. Electronic communications

You agree that receipts, notices and other messages we send by email or show on the site meet any legal requirement for written communication.

20. General

These terms, together with our privacy policy and refund policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site and the ebooks. You may not transfer your rights under them without our written consent; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
