Orders and downloads
How do I get the free Book 1?
Enter your email in the Get Suno Create free form. A download button appears straight away and works for 30 minutes. The book is also saved in your library, and we email you a link to it.
How will I get the paid books?
Books 2 and 3 aren't available yet. When they are, you'll be taken to your download buttons right after payment, and you'll also get an email with your receipt.
I didn't get my library email
Check your spam or promotions folder first. You can also request a new sign-in link any time on the library page. If it still doesn't arrive, send us a message with the email address you used.
Can I download my books again later?
Yes. All your books stay in your library. To sign in, enter your email and we'll send you a one-time link that works for 48 hours. After that, your device stays signed in for 30 days. No password needed.
Why does my book show my email address?
Every copy is marked "Licensed to" the email it was downloaded with. It's there to keep the books personal and discourage sharing. Please don't share your copy or your library links.
Do I get updated editions?
Yes. When we update a book for a new Suno version, you get the new edition free at your purchase email.
Payments and refunds
Who processes my payment?
Checkout is run by Stripe through its Link service, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record) for your order. Link handles your card details, receipt and any sales tax or VAT. We never see your full card number.
What will I see on my card statement?
LINK.COM* AI WITH TECHZNAP. If you don't recognise a charge, please contact us before contacting your bank.
Which payment methods can I use?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, plus some local payment methods depending on your country. Prices are shown in your local currency where available.
Can I get a refund?
Because ebooks are instant downloads, all sales are final. We do refund if a file is broken and we can't fix it, your download never arrived, you were charged twice, or the book is clearly different from its description. Read the full refund policy.
About the books
Which books are available?
Book 1, Suno Create, is out now and free. Book 2, Suno Prompting, and Book 3, Suno Studio, aren't available yet. They'll come out one at a time. Get Book 1 to join the waitlist, and we'll email you a waitlist-only price on each release day.
Is this an official Suno product?
No. The Suno Series is an independent guide from the AI WITH TECHZNAP YouTube channel. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Suno, Inc.
